What size board should I order?

While we offer serving size suggestions based on the FDA's Nutritional Guidelines, you know your guests better than we do. With this said, you are the best predictor of your guests appetites. It is always a good idea to view our board measurements listed for each product to see exactly how big the item you are ordering will be.

Does Table Collective deliver outside of the delivery window offered when ordering?

While we prefer to deliver during our standard delivery hours of 11am-2pm, there are times when we are able to make an exception. However, an additional delivery charge may be incurred, please confirm with us prior to placing your order, to ensure that we will be able to accommodate. 

Does Table Collective deliver or book events outside of the 25-mile delivery radius from La Jolla?

We absolutely do! We will happily cater and deliver to areas outside of the 25-mile delivery radius from La Jolla, for an additional out-of-area fee.

Is Table Collective licensed and insured?

We are fully licensed by the city of San Diego Department of Health and insured. You can rest assured that we take all of the proper and necessary food preparation and storage safety measures as required by law. We operate out of a fully-licensed and insured kitchen.

What is your cancellation policy?

Things happen, and we understand. If your plans change you can request a cancellation/refund for online orders up to 24-hours after you first placed your order. After the 24-hour time period we are happy to offer a store credit for future use. 

For Gathering Tables, your initial deposit guarantees your date.  We understand however, that sometimes things happen and plans change, for this reason we provide seven days from the date we receive your deposit in which to request a refund/cancellation, after that timeframe, the deposit is non-refundable. Once the remaining balance has been paid in full, we consider your event confirmed and will not be able to offer a refund.
